**North-East: James Bond Island & Phang Nga Bay**

The water here has a greenish limestone colour due to the natural minerals washing down from the surrounding cliffs. While the water is perfectly safe and enjoyable for swimming, it isn’t known for crystal-clear visibility. For this reason, **Phang Nga Bay is not considered a top snorkelling destination**.
