# Blue Water Charter Phuket – Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to make the cancellation process as smooth as possible. Please review our cancellation terms below:

**How to Cancel Your Booking:**

- Cancellations can be made via **email** or by calling our **designated telephone number**.

- The date and time we receive your cancellation request will be used to determine the applicable charges.

**Cancellation Charges:**

1. More than 14 days before the charter date: A 2,000 Baht administration fee will apply.
2. Between 14 and 7 days prior to the charter date: 50% of the full charter fee will be charged.
3. Less than 7 days before the charter date: 100% of the full charter fee will be charged.

**Additional Information:**

1. Rescheduling:If you cannot proceed with the booking, we offer a rescheduling option (subject to availability).
2. Rescheduling requests made more than 14 days in advance will not incur any fees.
3. Refund Timeline:Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days after your cancellation request is confirmed.
4. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances):In cases of bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances that make the charter unsafe, we will offer either:A full refund, or
5. The option to reschedule your booking at no extra charge.
6. Cancellation Confirmation:Once your cancellation request is received, you will receive a written or email confirmation for your records.
